Guidelines and rules for the usage of our hosting, API, and messaging services.
1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the acceptable use of hosting services, VPS networks, WhatsApp bulk messaging systems, and API endpoints provided by DP Info System. This policy is designed to protect our clients, network, and the internet community as a whole from irresponsible or illegal activities.
2. Prohibited Activities
Clients and users of our services are explicitly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- Spamming: Sending unsolicited bulk messages, whether via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. We have a zero-tolerance policy for spam.
- Illegal Content: Hosting, transmitting, or distributing material that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international laws.
- System Abuse: Attempting to circumvent user authentication or security of any host, network, or account ("cracking").
- Malware Distribution: Distributing software that attempts to cause damage, harassment, or annoyance to persons, data, and/or computer systems.
3. Resource Usage Limits
To ensure optimal performance for all clients on shared infrastructure, the following resource limitations apply:
- Accounts may not use 25% or more of system resources for longer than 90 seconds.
- Running stand-alone, unattended server-side processes on shared hosting (such as IRCD) is prohibited.
- Running any bit torrent application, tracker, or client is strictly forbidden on shared web hosting plans.
4. Enforcement and Penalties
DP Info System reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP. If a violation is found, we may, at our sole discretion, restrict, suspend, or terminate the offending account without notice or refund. In cases involving illegal activities, we will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.
